Return & Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable Products
We regret that opened, used, or damaged products cannot be accepted for exchange or return, as such items cannot be reused. Once a product has been sold or delivered, we cannot process returns for these conditions.

Damaged Products
If your product arrives in a damaged state (such as broken, leaking, or other defects), a replacement or refund will only be processed if you inform us within 24 hours of delivery. This notification must include a video proof of the unboxing process. Evaluation of Return and Exchange Requests
All return and exchange requests are subject to careful inspection and approval by the VedicVox team. We reserve the right to decline requests if the damage is found to be caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application of the product.

Refund Process
If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used during the original purchase.

Order Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds can be claimed if you cancel your order either before it has been shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs first. If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the order has already been shipped.
  • Once the product has been sold or delivered to the customer.
